A & S Compassion Care programs and services are planned to improve quality of life, advance individual choice, foster independence, growth, and supply opportunities to exercise individual rights. Our long-term goal for each individual is to be adequately joined in the local community as a participating member with a sense of belonging while creating meaningful, memorable experiences. Vision:
We strive to be a trusted partner with our individuals and their surrogates to achieve a common goal of enhancing their quality of life and to provide them with opportunities to grow.

We are excited to be joining the expo in April!

We would like to thank A & S Compassion Care for providing personal care assistance at the Expo. A&S Compassion Care is a licensed DDA and RSA Level 3 Home Health provider in the state of Maryland. They believe in the positive welfare and well-being of all people. They specifically offer quality Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to individuals who may need additional supports at home and within the community throughout the entire state of Maryland.
