With a strong background in operational leadership and hands-on facilities management, Dwight is dedicated to creating safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors.

Dwight’s educational foundation includes coursework and professional training in facility management, safety standards, and building operations, which have shaped his expertise in maintaining high-quality environments. Jan Kline is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than two decades of experience serving seniors and families across Maryland. She grew up in Middletown, Maryland, where she completed high school and attended the Career and Technology Center, earning her CNA/GNA certification in geriatric care. At just 15 years old, Jan began her career at a nursing home in Frederick, launching a lifelong commitment to compassionate healthcare.

Following high school, Jan became a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and gained valuable experience in geriatrics, school health, hospice, home health/private duty, and physician office settings. Known for her strong work ethic, she often balanced multiple roles at once, at times working three jobs simultaneously. She later earned her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from Frederick Community College and transitioned into assisted living, where she has devoted more than 15 years of service.

Throughout her career, Jan has been passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors through skilled care, advocacy, and meaningful relationships. In her role at Discovery, she has continued to grow professionally while making a positive impact on residents’ lives. She values the supportive, collaborative leadership and embraces Discovery’s culture of excellence in senior living.

Jan has been married for 23 years and is the proud mother of three children, ages 22, 13, and 11. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially swimming and riding ATVs during the summer months. At home, she and her family care for a lively group of pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and their newest addition—a bunny.

Born and raised in the Boonsboro area, Karla has lived in Washington County her entire life and currently resides in Hagerstown with her husband, Dave, and their two beloved dogs, Bailey and Zeke. Deeply rooted in her community, she values family, faith, and service, and credits her parents’ love and support as the foundation of her personal and professional success.
Karla is passionate about serving older adults and finds great fulfillment in advocating for their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Her dedication to Alzheimer’s and dementia care is deeply personal, inspired by her late grandmother and family members who have been affected by the disease. This experience has strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
In addition to her professional work, enjoys spending time with family, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Maryland Terrapins, and staying active in her community.

Deanna Schleigh serves as the Executive Director of Seaton Hagerstown Assisted Living and Memory Care, where she leads daily operations with a strong focus on resident experience, team development, and community connection. A Hagerstown native, Deanna brings a deep understanding of the local community and a natural leadership style that fosters trust among residents, families, and team members alike.

Deanna began her professional career in the legal field, gaining more than 15 years of legal experience before transitioning into senior living. She entered the industry by managing business office operations, where she quickly mastered the operational and regulatory aspects of senior care while discovering her passion for supporting seniors and their families. Prior to becoming Executive Director, she served as Senior Lifestyle Counselor, compassionately guiding families through the transition to senior living and helping them find the right home at Seaton Hagerstown.
In addition to her operational expertise, Deanna has cultivated strong partnerships with community organizations, ensuring meaningful collaboration that benefits residents and the greater Hagerstown area. She holds a degree in Business Administration and is also a certified fitness instructor, having taught group fitness classes for more than a decade—an experience that reflects her commitment to wellness and engagement at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Erianna and Erilyn. A former musical theater enthusiast with a background in music education and music therapy studies, she brings creativity, authenticity, and heart into everything she does. Treasia Gibson is a dedicated team leader serving the Seaton Hagerstown community, with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through advocacy, respect, and dignity. Her career began in the medical field as a Med Tech and Administrative Assistant, where she developed a deep appreciation for collaboration, service, and community engagement.
Currently, Treasia serves as our Director of Celebrations, where she brings creativity, compassion, and understanding to every aspect of her work. She is passionate about building meaningful connections and creating enriching experiences that promote emotional, social, and personal well-being for residents.
With more than a decade of experience in community outreach, Treasia has also supported individuals in securing employment and preparing for professional success. Her dedication to service extends beyond the workplace and reflects her lifelong commitment to empowering others.
Outside of her professional life, Treasia is grateful for the support of her partner of over 20 years, her two sons, her beloved dog, Sizza, and her extended family, including her 10 nieces and nephews, whom she considers her own.
