We had an awesome Halloweek at Viva of Hagerstown đ
A spirit week for staff with a spooky PJ day and painted pumpkin crafts for residents; we finished the week with our favorite yearly event.
Thank you to Bright Eyes Early Learning Center of Hagerstown for bringing the kiddos by to visit the residents for trick or treat! We always enjoy seeing all the costumes and the smiles on our residentâs faces are priceless!

A beautiful fall Sunday to fill our lobby with friends and family for a âpumpkin and petalsâ event!
Spending the morning in the crisp fall weather with apple cider coffee and pumpkin pastries. Filling the lobby with the sounds of laughter while modge podging some pumpkins.

One of our favorite things to do on a rainy day is to visit one of the many great antique shops in the local area. Yesterday we visited Beaver Creek Antiques and had an amazing time browsing treasures from the past. Our residents loved reminiscing about the good old days as they found and carefully handled items that sparked their interest!

A magical day in our memory care as we continue to celebrate NALW with a Disney themed Wednesday!
We reminisced on our visits to Disney World, made Mickey art, and did our best answering Disney trivia.
These ears are definitely a fashion statement, but join us tomorrow for a trip down fashionâs memory lane!

Who doesnât love a good day at the beach?!
We brought the beach to Viva at Hagerstown and it felt like a relaxing day by the ocean. Staff dressed up in their beach best and made the residents laugh with their goofy floaties.

We are having a wonderful National Assisted Living Week thus far! Today is Beach Day, we transformed our community into a tropical wonderland and spent the day involved in all things beach related. Our beautiful residents, their guests, and our Viva team all had an amazing time!

Our community was full of love and excitement as we celebrated the 86th birthday of our dear resident and friend Pierette! So many friends and family attended, it was an amazing event!
