Braces help create beautiful smiles — but they need a little extra care! Here are a few quick tips to keep your child’s teeth healthy during treatment:

✔️ Brush after every meal (don’t forget around brackets and wires!)
✔️ Use floss threaders or
✔️ Rinse with fluoride mouthwash to strengthen enamel
✔️ Avoid sticky, chewy, and hard foods
✔️ Keep up with regular dental cleanings +++

With the help of you, we were able to cover 100 unpaid school lunches in the community! 🙏💯

Thank you for supporting our collection of hygiene items during November and December for boys and girls experiencing homelessness in Frederick County. Your donation went even further, as we promised! For every 1 item donated, we paid for an unpaid school lunch! 🫶 😇 If you are interested in helping even more with hygiene items for children in need, contact SHIP of Frederick County and if you want to help with unpaid school lunch debts, contact your local county's school nutrition department! ✨
