We're so excited to share this event hosted by Kappa Sigma Fraternity of Shippensburg University.

The Fun Run for Health will be held Sept 6th at the Shippensburg Station Trailhead of the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail.
In addition to the 1 mile, 2 mile and 5k race, Kappa Sigma will have live music and local food trucks at the trail to keep you moving. đŸŽ¶đŸ‘Ÿ

All proceeds are benefiting the Community Free Clinic and will go towards direct patient care for those who need it most.

Meet Michelle - our Primary Care Powerhouse!

If you've been to the clinic, chances are you've met Michelle, and if you haven't, you're missing out! Michelle is our Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and the heart of our primary care team.

Michelle is the one making sure your blood pressure is managed, your meds are refilled, and our patients are heard. She brings 6 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, 19 years as a registered nurse, along with a calm presence that makes even tough appointments feel a little easier. She listens, she explains, and she cares about the people she is treating.

When Michelle isn't wrangling care plans and referrals, you can probably find her spending time with her family or at her son's athletic events.

We're lucky to have her, and so are the folks in our community.

If you'd like to make an appointment to see Michelle, call, email, or stop by. All services offered at the Community Free Clinic are completely free. No sliding scales, no income requirements. Just free, compassionate care for the uninsured of Washington County.

To celebrate 25 years of MUDD Volleyball Katie from 104.7 WAYZ showed up BIG! She was an MVP for Verstandig Broadcasting! She literally fell into the muddy fun for her team, Muddy Aceholes, and then went live to celebrate our 25 years! Her “double hit” was a “win” for us!

101.5 BOB ROCKS showed up as “hitter” and continued the “game plan” for Verstandig Broadcasting!

A huge shout out to Stacy Blair for always taking care of us with prizes and enthusiasm!

It’s Getting REAL now! Less than 24 hrs and the “Volleying” begins for the Win!

✅Our Ahhhhmazing volunteer team are busy getting the nets up!

Hagerstown Fire Department came by to scope out the pits to fill and the showers for water hook up! Water coming later today! They rock, but good news no rock, at least big rocks, in our pits!

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TODAY?! The 25th year of digging pits and loading the truck for our 25th ANNIVERSAY of MUDD VOLLEYBALL!!

Without the continous support year after year from Callas Contractors we wouldn’t be able to “get down and dirty” to celebrate 25 years of Mudd Volleyball!

Brooke's House ladies were Champions today! They “aced” loading the truck in 10 minutes! We always feel blessed when we can partner with another amazing organization that cares about the success of all the non-profits in our community!

The Community Free Clinic is in need of daily maintenance inhalers (like Symbicort, Advair, Dulera, etc.) for our patients.

If you have unused, sealed, unexpired inhalers you no longer need, please consider donating them to our clinic. We can take them off your hands and get them into the hands of someone who desperately needs them. Help our patients (and their care team!) breathe a little easier, knowing they have what they need.

Drop us a message or drop your inhaler by the clinic at 249 Mill St. in Hagerstown.
