Today we’re celebrating 8 incredible years with one of the true pillars of our practice, Tiffany. From the very beginning, Tiffany has been the definition of dependable, hardworking, and dedicated, consistently going above and beyond to help grow this practice from its infancy to where it is today.

Through all the ups and downs of building a medical practice from the ground up, she has been there—steady, committed, and always bringing her best for our team and our patients.

It’s been a joy working alongside her, and I’m deeply grateful for everything she’s poured into this place. Here’s to Tiffany and 8 amazing years—and many more ahead.

✨️ Meet Danielle Dobbins, PA-C, MMS ✨

From Geneseo, NY to serving families right here in our community, Danielle brought with her over 12 years of experience in family medicine, along with a passion for truly caring for people, before joining the Premier team in 2021.

She attended Messiah College for her undergraduate degree in Biology. While there, she was actively involved in intramural sports (soccer ⚽ and basketball 🏀), Amnesty International, and youth mission service projects—experiences that have helped shape her heart for service and teamwork.

Danielle later attended Arcadia University, where she earned her master's degree in Medical Science, graduating with high honors 🎓

She began her Physician Associate career in the Neuroscience department at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, gaining hands-on experience in neurosurgery and neurology before transitioning into family medicine and eventually with Premier.

When she’s not helping patients feel their best, you can find her hiking trails, capturing moments through photography 📸, running, traveling, or spending quality time with her husband and two sons.

Compassionate. Experienced. Dedicated.

We’re proud to have Danielle as part of our wellness team! 💙

✨️ Provider Service Highlight ✨️

TMD Management is a key part of helping patients find relief from jaw pain and dysfunction.

Many people experiencing TMJ pain also deal with neck pain—these conditions often go hand in hand.

Our own Dr. Emily Oliver, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT recently completed advanced training in TMD management, allowing her to better evaluate and treat patients who suffer from TMJ-related pain and dysfunction.

Effective treatment can include:
• Manual therapy (soft tissue work & joint mobilization)
• Corrective exercises to improve movement and stability
• Relaxation techniques to support stress management
• Trigger point dry needling

Taking a comprehensive, whole-body approach allows for better results and improved quality of life for patients dealing with these common issues.

If you’re experiencing jaw or neck pain, don’t wait—reach out to schedule an evaluation and start your path to relief today.

Your wellness matters!

✨ Medial Branch Blocks & Radiofrequency Ablations? ✨

If you’re struggling with chronic neck or back pain, a Medial Branch Block (MBB) may help identify the source of your discomfort — and provide relief.

🔎 What does it treat?
Medial branch blocks are used to diagnose and treat pain coming from the facet joints — small joints in the spine that can become inflamed due to arthritis, injury, or wear and tear.

💉 How does it work?
A small amount of local anesthetic (sometimes with steroid) is injected near the medial branch nerves that supply the painful facet joint.
If your pain significantly improves after the injection, we’ve likely found the source.

⏱ What to expect:
• Performed under X-ray guidance for precision
• Quick outpatient procedure
• Minimal downtime
• Relief can last hours to months

✅ Next steps:
If the block provides strong temporary relief, a longer-lasting treatment like radiofrequency ablation (RFA) may be recommended.

You didn't think we'd leave you hanging, did you?
