May is Mental health awareness month.

Grateful to participate in the Your Health Matters Education series held by .health where we were able to set up as a vendor and discuss how massage therapy can effect mental health.

Dr. Matthew Wagner and Bernadette Wagner discussed mental health and wellness and the important role that positive social connections play in both.
