Advance care planning isn’t just for the elderly or seriously ill. At age 18, you’re legally responsible for your own medical decisions, and being prepared matters at every stage of life.

At Meritus Health, we offer free, downloadable advance directive forms on our website. You can complete the form, designate your wishes—including whether you want to be an organ donor—and return it to your primary care provider so it can be added to your medical chart. You can update your decisions at any time.

📍 New primary care is coming to Professional Boulevard—and Women’s Health is moving!

We’re excited to share that Meritus Primary Care – Professional Boulevard is scheduled to open in mid-April, expanding access to comprehensive, patient-centered care close to home. Located at 1130 Professional Blvd., this new practice will be staffed by a mix of familiar providers and new faces, strengthening our growing network of primary care offices across Washington County.

At the same time, Meritus Health Women’s Gynecology is relocating to Robinwood Professional Center on April 7—continuing our commitment to high-quality, convenient care for women at every stage of life.

Today, we proudly raised the Donate Life flag to shine a light on the power of organ donation and the lives forever changed by this selfless act. 💙

In 2025 alone, more than 49,000 transplants from 23,788 donors brought renewed life to patients and strengthened families and communities across the country. Yet, the need remains great—more than 100,000 people are still waiting for a lifesaving transplant, and another person is added to the waitlist every 8 seconds.

Raising this flag is a symbol of hope, awareness, and our commitment to supporting organ donation. Together, we can help give the gift of life. 💚
