🎃 Happy Halloween week from all of us! We've been keeping the spooky fun coming with last week's trick-or-treat, and no shortage of Halloween fun as we head towards those final October days!

Thank you to everyone who helped our residents make some fun memories! From the smiling youngsters anxious to fill up their candy baskets to the volunteers & Activities Department staff who made some magic happen - we are so very grateful! 🎃

🎃 Lately, our friends have been busy contributing to our spooky Halloween decor! Just in time for this week's Trick-or-Treat event, we turned some simple crafting products into adorable pumpkins! Lots of reminiscing about Halloween memories from decades past went along perfectly with some spooky music and refreshments!

Who doesn't love a Halloween crafting day with great company? 🎃

🍭 It's Halloween season, and we're planning away for our resident trick-or-treat on October 24th! 🍬

🍫Help us stock up on candy for our residents to pass out to visitors by dropping off donated, individually wrapped candy in our main lobby. Our Candy Monster is waiting for you! 🎃

🎃👻 Halloween is approaching at Coffman Nursing Home! 👻🎃

Join us for a spooktacular evening (1304 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown) October 24th from 6-8 PM!

Loved ones of residents and community supporters are invited to bring their little ones to trick-or-treat through our hallways. Our residents can't wait to see the costumes and hand out candy! This special event will bring smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of joy to everyone involved!

We’re hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team!

Full-Time, Salaried

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $95,000–$99,000/year

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

The ADON plays a vital role in ensuring quality care and supporting nursing operations, including:

Assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) with daily clinical rounds and staff competencies

Overseeing resident assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance

Providing leadership, guidance, and evaluations for nursing staff
Coordinating staff training, in-services, and nursing committees
Responding to resident/family concerns and collaborating with physicians

This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills.
