Our History
The E.M. Tobias Building, formerly the E.J. Fennel Building, at 324 E. Antietam St. in Hagerstown was donated to the mental-health provider as a way to honor those who suffer from the illness.
Charlie Tobias, owner of Capital T Partners, said the donation was in honor of his nephew, who suffers from mental illness.
The building is Washington County's first family center dedicated to the health and wellness of children, youths, adults and families.
