Benefit #3 of being a tenant of the EM Tobias Family Center: Onsite Walgreens. Having a pharmacy within our center allows for quick and easy pick-up of the medication that the employees of our tenants need. It's so convenient to get a prescription filled before they arrive or leave work!

Benefit #2 of being a tenant of the EM Tobias Family Center: Onsite Silt Coffee. For many employees, coffee has become part of their daily routine. To some, it is the necessary fuel needed to get through the workday. Knowing that they can get a great cup of coffee at work can make their day better. It may even give them the boost of energy they need!

Our History

The E.M. Tobias Building, formerly the E.J. Fennel Building, at 324 E. Antietam St. in Hagerstown was donated to the mental-health provider as a way to honor those who suffer from the illness.

Charlie Tobias, owner of Capital T Partners, said the donation was in honor of his nephew, who suffers from mental illness.

The building is Washington County's first family center dedicated to the health and wellness of children, youths, adults and families.
