Elite Individual Submission will open April 1st

Athletes will receive an invite based on a power ranking System. Athletes have the opportunity to accumulate points through key off season events, the CrossFit Open Season and METCON RUSH in person event / Proving Grounds 2025.

We will invite 30 men and 30 women to compete over 3 days for big cash payouts and prizes.

Athletes and Teams that are sitting in a qualifying position after Proving Grounds have been sent emails to accept and register for METCON RUSH.

Congratulations to all who took on Proving Grounds! We had an amazing turn out for the first year of installing this format to qualify early for our in person event in July!

The leaderboard is now official after finishing up the reviewing process! Another congratulations to all those who have qualified for METCON RUSH which takes place July 17th - 19th at Hagerstown Community College.

Official invites will be sent out during the first week of January. Any spots that are declined we will work our way through backfilling those spots if available.

General registration will open March 1st, 2026 for all remaining spots that were not claimed during Proving Grounds!

We will be sending out emails to all first place individuals and teams to gather information to receive your Hard Work Athletics x METCON RUSH Proving Grounds T shirt!

We look forward to seeing you on the competition floor in July!

Phase 1 for athletes to punch their ticket early to compete in our in person event ends tonight at 8:00pm!

Athletes make sure all scores are submitted prior to the 8:00pm window!

The leaderboard will be finalized no later than 12/21. Official invites for qualifying spots will begin January 2026.

Registration for remaining spots will open March 1st!
