At Kore Harmony, TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) is more than a yoga class — it’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Unlike traditional yoga classes, TCTSY is not about perfect poses, performance, or pressure. It’s a research-supported, trauma-informed practice designed to help participants gently build awareness of their body, choices, and nervous system through simple movement and present-moment experience.

Classes are guided with invitational language, no hands-on adjustments, and a focus on personal choice and internal experience — making it accessible for those navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, or simply seeking a more grounded connection to themselves.
