This year for my 29th BEarthday I am raising money to support the process of Reforestation & needs of indigenous communities at two very special places that are dear to my heart.

The lands & Apus here in the Sacred Valley of Peru & the magical Jungle of the Amazon Rainforest, have held me through profound transformation and blessed my spirit and my life in miraculous ways. The deep gratitude in my heart for all I have received from these lands & the sacred medicines that grow here, has inspired me to raise money this year to give back to the lands & communities through a Tree Planting Project in both places.🌳

The funds raised here will go to:
✨Planting minimum 1,500 trees in the Sacred Valley🌳
✨School supplies, toys, clothing, etc. for the children who live in communities in the high mountains🏔️
✨Meeting the needs of a specific indigenous family in the Peruvian Amazon so that they may continue to receive people who come for healing🪶
✨These needs include things like a Water System, Battery Bank, Washing Machine, supplies for building Bathrooms, etc.
✨Supporting a non-profit Reforestation Project at my favorite place in the whole world, in the Amazon Rainforest.🌱

Living in Love through the Remembrance of our True Nature🙏🏻💜🐬

When we are sensitive beings, old souls, or highly empathetic beings, looking at the state of the world or even just having our own experiences in life can feel deeply painful. Sometimes it can be so painful that there can be a part of us that longs to go “home”, or on some level, doesn’t want to be here anymore.

But what does it really mean to go home? Aren’t we home in our bodies? On this Earth?

A few weeks ago I was hiking up a very powerful Apu (Sacred Mountain) here in the Sacred Valley of Peru. While in deep communion with the land, the part of myself that hasn’t wanted to be here & has wanted to go “home” was revealed to me. I sat with her for some time doing my best to understand her. I felt confused because consciously, I know I do want to be here. I love my life. I feel at home in my body & deeply connected to the Earth. This part of myself & her resistance to being here didn’t make sense to my logical mind initially.

So, I decided to sit with her longer. I asked her, “Where is home if not my body, if not Mother Earth?” I watched the water from the stream flow into the lake next to me until she was ready to share with me. She eventually revealed to me that the “home” she desired to return to was the frequency of love. The frequency & space of love and/or God that our spirit originates from. She didn't want to leave this Earth or go somewhere else, she simply wanted to live in Love again. It struck me in this moment that this part of me had been left behind. Struggling in the Hell realms, trapped in the illusion of her suffering, the traumas of the past, and in the fears & lies that originate in the mind.

Upon recognizing this, tears flowed down my cheeks & my heart began to open. I welcomed her to come home. And she did. Home to the frequency of love. I exhaled. She finally felt safe. Returned to where she belongs. One with God again, not through physical death itself, but through the death of the ego that thinks it’s separate, & through the opening of my own heart. The illusion of separation shattered. The remembrance that we are not separate from God, from Love, restored. A deep return to my true nature re-established & embodied.

We do not have to physically die to return "home" to God or to live in Heaven. All we have to do is simply remember we are not separate from God/Source/Love & choose to consciously navigate life from this space… And this remembrance can happen in just one breath.

Celebrating a Beautiful Client Breakthrough today🦋

My client came to her session feeling a strong desire to sing in public & begin to show up more authentically in her life but she was feeling fear & doubt...

We identified that she was believing & feeling that allowing life to move through her was
"wrong" or may be dangerous for others in her life.

Right away, I felt it was connected to her birth & asked her to remind me of what happened when she was in the womb...💜

She shared with me they thought something was medically "wrong" with her while in the womb & that her mother was also ill & on bed rest while pregnant. We identified this is where this belief came from - a very early in womb imprint of “Something is wrong with me" & “My life is dangerous for others” that she was still carrying & was holding her back... Until now!🥰

Upon identifying this, it totally set her free!

In our breath session she went all the way back into the womb & we rewrote the story to "The life that moves through me is a miracle not just for me, but for others!"🙏🏻

Upon being brought back into the womb through the breath, she was also able to forgive her mother & begin healing her relationship with her...🌹

And right after our session... She was invited to sing in a band & sang publicly that week!💫

We are in midst of a potent Eclipse Season where we are invited to release that which no longer serves us in our lives and embrace the changes that have been awaiting us! Once upon a time
The world highjacked our minds
Taught us to live in fear
And abandon our true nature in order to survive

The priority to play, to create, to enJOY

Our minds became oriented to focusing on our problems & the things we do not like
Rather than expanding in joy & living in the light

We forgot that we are innocent children of God
Here to experience the pleasures of being alive
We shrunk our magic & joy down

Reclaim your JOY this Sunday🐬😍✨

Have you ever noticed that when you are connected to your joy everything in your life is flowing easily? Miracles are happening, problems are resolving themselves, relationships are flourishing, and your dreams are manifesting? This is because when we are connected to our joy we are connected to our Soul, our True Essence, our Divine Self and our energy within is flowing naturally with all creation.🐬

When we feel stuck, confused, blocked, or unsure in our life, it's an opportunity to simply lay down our suffering, and return to joy. The ego will tell us we need to fix the problems, heal more, and change the external world before we can feel good again. The truth is, the moment we choose our joy, choose to focus on the things we love, and pour our energy into the things that truly light us up and give us life, the external world naturally begins to shift, rearrange itself, and reflect the inner shift we reoriented to within!🦋
