Imagine your energy as radiant light. When you go through difficult situations, like stress or trauma, pieces of that light can fragment and hide, which can leave you feeling like something is missing or like you’re carrying a heaviness that isn’t truly yours.
It’s important to take notice of how you feel in your body, your spirit, and in your mind, so you can learn to detect these imbalances within yourself, that may also be causing imbalances in your life. As within, so without.

I used to hand over my power in a thousand tiny ways…

⚡️doubting my own truth so others felt comfortable
⚡️saying yes to things when I really meant no

Now I protect my energy.
I listen to my intuition, and I can see through my fear
And I trust the deep wisdom in my body and spirit.

⚡️There was a time, not too long ago, when I didn’t recognize myself.
I pushed, and pushed to be healthy.
I thought if I did more, I would deserve to be ok.
⚡️Through all of my struggles I learned that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder…
My healing came from coming back into right relationship with myself - mind, body, & spirit.
