On November 29th, we gather in the Maui Scalar Room to explore a form of gratitude we rarely embody—the gratitude we offer ourselves. In a world that constantly urges us to give, produce, and push, self-gratitude becomes a quiet rebellion, a sacred pause, a way of receiving our own humanity.
Through the resonant field of the Scalar EE Room and the vibrational medicine of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred sound instruments, we’ll gently attune to the frequencies of “enoughness”. Here, gratitude becomes less about thanking what’s outside of us and more about fostering the quiet truth within: you have been doing your best, even when it didn’t feel enough. Your heart knows its own resilience. Your body knows its own wisdom. This experience helps those truths come to the surface.
