🕺Our Favorite Ways To Detox:

🌟 Drink plenty fresh filtered water, aiming to consume 1/2-1 gallon per day

🌟Eat a clean diet rich in colorful fruits and veggies. Organic is best!

🌟 Sweating either in a sauna or doing an intense work out is a great way to detox. Sweating helps to take the pressure off of your detoxification organs.
