“Waking Dream”
A Trance Drum Journey
& Shamanic-type healing experience
“Sound Induction”, the repetitive percussion beat of the drum,
at 200 beats per minute, carries you on an adventure
into other worlds, realms and dimensions,
to meet guides, teachers, loved ones, animal spirits,
for healing, daily guidance, inspiration & soul messages.
In this completely safe experience, Lalénya will guide you
to travel to other places (like in a night dream or lucid dream),
and bring back healing, guidance, gifts & magic
First, You are given a verbal “map” as a guided meditation,
to enter into the alternate reality space.
Then during the drumming, you have your own experience,
a magical “journey”.
When the drum calls you back, you return easily to this reality,
bringing gifts of insight and understanding,
Which you may then share with the group (optional).
Bring a Journal to record your experience.
We have yoga mats, blankets, chairs.
Bring whatever else you may need, water bottle, etc.
