We are thrilled to welcome to our coaching staff! Sarah Hauser of NC6 Training is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, former engineer and passionate wave rider. Since 2015, she has helped clients - from resort guests in Wailea to elite athletes - achieve their goals through tailored training programs. With a background in science and a love for ocean sports, Sarah combines precision, analytical thinking, and a focus on enjoyment to create effective, engaging sessions.

Sarah is an avid ocean athlete, holding a Guinness World Record for the largest wave windsurfed as well as a foil sports, SUP, surf, and sourdough enthusiast.

Sarah has logged over 1000 hours in the gym with us over the last 10 years and we can't be more stoked to have her on the other side of the curtain sharing her knowledge and experience in a formal role! She will be teaching Monday 7am & 8am Functional Fitness as well as our new addition, Thursday 5:30pm Foundational Strength.

Spencer comes to us from Hawaii Pacific University with a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer. His passion lies in helping people move better and live healthier lives through education and hands-on care.
