✨ Introducing Pathways to Practice ✨
Pacific Birth Collective’s new continuing education workshop series for birth and wellness professionals across Hawai‘i.

After connecting with professionals throughout our state, we heard the need for affordable, locally grounded continuing education — rooted in physiology, culture, and real-life practice. We’re so excited to begin.

🌿 Our First Workshop:
The Art of Breastfeeding – An Advanced Birth Worker Training

Designed for doulas, midwives, chiropractors, herbalists, bodyworkers, and all professionals supporting postpartum mothers who want a deeper understanding of lactation.

Topics include:
• The first hour after birth
• Instinctive positioning & latch
• Milk production & early patterns
• Hand expression
• Diet, environment & toxin awareness
• Protecting breastfeeding as birth workers

Rooted in physiology. Grounded in women’s wisdom.

Taught by Yessie Calagias, CPM, LM, CLC and founder of Heartswell Holistic Homebirth

✨ To make this series as accessible as possible for our birth professionals, we are offering a workshop that would typically cost hundreds of dollars for just $50.

📍 Offered in person in Maui + online statewide.
🔗 Register online.

We can’t wait to grow and strengthen our professional birth community together. 🌺

• Traditional healing practices like lāʻau lapaʻau, lomilomi, and hoʻoponopono
• Workshops and gatherings to strengthen community support and share knowledge

🌿 Our Intention:
• Make support more accessible during pregnancy and postpartum
• Lower stress and improve mental wellness through talk story and shared space
