PLANK FORM 101 🧱

Let’s talk about one of the most powerful (and commonly rushed) core moves: Plank.

Here are 2 quick tips to take your plank from “meh” to mighty:
🔥 Tip 1: Press the floor away
Instead of sinking into your shoulders, push the ground like you’re trying to lift yourself up and out of it. This activates your lats and stabilizes your upper body.

🎯 Tip 2: Tuck without tilting
Engage your low belly + glutes like you’re zipping up a tight pair of jeans — this helps prevent sagging hips without hiking your b***y sky-high.

💡 Bonus cue:
“Your body is one long line of energy — from the crown of your head to your heels. Think plank, not a hammock.”
