This place was my second home since I was 16.
It’s where I learned to push hard, lift heavy, and fall in love with training.
Years later, it became the first home of Vital PT — just a room, a dream, and the same drive I had as a teenager walking through those doors.
I’ve grown here in every way — as an athlete, a physio, and a business owner.
Thank you to for believing in me, for the space, the support, and the memories I’ll carry forever.
On to the next chapter, but this one will always mean the world. ❤️
