North Shore Yoga And Movement Yoga sessions for all abilities and ages. Group sessions or privates in the Newcastle area. Center. Breathing and moving is the focus.

North Shore Yoga was established in 2001 with classes at the Turtle Bay Resort and the Pupukea Rec. Thanks to the people of Waimea Valley, North Shore Yoga has been there since 2005. Paul, the instructor began leading classes in 1992 and now, close to 10,000 classes later, has narrowed this practice down to three user friendly sequences. Each session leads to the next, each asana option leads to the next.

I’ve spent more than 3000 mornings ( even with time off and the occasional cancellations) doing This… here .. in the most magical space with the support of a wonderful group of people doing the same and playing along to my version of “Simon says but nobody loses” yoga and movement prompts. When I look back at life I know my Top 5 things will be…Raising kids x2…Surfing..All the Years as a Lifeguard…and This. Ending 2025 and entering 2026 with gratitude to All involved.. in All of that.. and that list is a few thousand people long. All the best for 2026 y’all… see ya Friday… 7:30 :)🤙🏿🏄🏿‍♂️🙏🇺🇸🔜🇦🇺
