Pilates has been embraced by mainstream culture and made its way to stardom through top celebrities. Reformer classes are popular in gyms, studios, and health centers. Pilates Mat classes now offer another option for those seeking relaxation and the benefits of exercise.

Yesterday morning I had two Pilates clients. Each session is an hour long. This beautiful rainbow appeared at 7:00 am and stayed up on full display until after 9:15 am. I have never seen this happen before. I'm taking it as an omen of hope for 2021.
