Mid-Week Testimonial 🔥

I have been working out at Motifaith with Coach Jesse for 6 months and it has been great. Since I started I have went from consuming 1800 cals/day to 3400 cals/day while maintaining a healthy desired weight, lifting heavier and also reducing my waist size.

Motifaith Family - let’s give a big welcome to Coach Sam, the newest addition to the Motifaith Fitness coaching team!

Coach Sam is a graduate from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, bringing fresh energy, strong fundamentals, and a deep passion for helping people grow stronger- both inside and outside the gym. 🏋️‍♂️

When he’s not coaching on the floor, you’ll find Sam:
• 🏀 Locked into a competitive game of basketball
• ❤️ Spending time with his lovely wife
• 🗺️ Exploring his new stomping grounds around Hales Corners, after making the move from the Green Bay area

Coach Sam is fired up to begin his journey here, learn from our team, and pour into every member who walks through our doors. His enthusiasm, coachability, and positive energy are already a perfect fit for the Motifaith culture.

Motifaith Fitness - Hales Corners

Motifaith Fitness was founded in 2016, derived from passion, an idea and life that created opportunity. After working in the large health club scene for 11 years the founder decided to open up Motifaith Fitness based on the vision to bring clients and staff members closer together. The idea was to build healthier relationships, self-confidence and even better results that are sustainable. One of the biggest drawbacks to working out in a large health club for most people is the overwhelming atmosphere, the inability to keep motivation constant and the lack of accountability. We wanted to change that trend when it came to getting a personal trainer and diminish the idea of working with a fitness coach for a short term.

If we could provide a service that has motivated and educated team members, enough constant accountability, the latest in fitness equipment and more than enough opportunity with our services there’s no way the client could fail. We’re small, non-intimidating, convenient and personable, an environment that provides actual results, that’s everything a fitness studio should be. Fear Less. Do More. We believe in you.

Moti - Motivation that you need daily. Faith - A belief in something or someone.
