Everyday Wellness Restoring Wellness Naturally ~ using natural healing therapies for your mind, body, spirit and workshops that foster resiliency and positive mental health~

I encourage you take a few slow deep breaths - relax your shoulders and jaw. With all that is going on in the world, anxiety, fear and overwhelm can start to feel like your new normal; left unaddressed, it can become a mental illness. With all the chaos and uncertainty, your body's nervous system can get stuck in fight or flight or even in freeze-mode; left unaddressed it can lead to tight, aching muscles, shallow breathing, chronic health problems and sleepless nights. However, it doesn't have to be that way! I am right here to help you. Together we will get you through this! I offer a variety of services for your mind, body, and spirit and workshops that foster positive mental health and resiliency. See my website for more information. www.everydaywellnessforyou.com.
