Jake is a proud graduate of the University of South Alabama. He is dual board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. With a strong emergency medicine background and over a decade of experience, he has dedicated his career to caring for patients during their most critical moments.
A local hometown provider, Jake is a graduate of Haleyville High School and has deep roots in the community he now serves. His commitment to bringing high-quality, compassionate care back to his hometown is one of the driving forces behind his work.
Jake is also the co-owner of Revive Medical Center, which he helped open in 2023. His passion for patient care drives him to continually research, expand his education, and stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice. He holds numerous advanced certifications, further strengthening his ability to provide high-level, comprehensive care.
When he’s not at Revive caring for his community, you may find him in the sky working as a Flight Nurse with PHI Air Medical or moonlighting in local emergency departments—continuing to serve in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys kayaking, fishing, rafting and taking vacations filled with adventure and exploration of the world.
