We often hold back from change, even when it’s natural or beneficial. We may cling to old habits, comfort zones, or familiar identities that feel safe, even if they no longer serve us.

Start helping yourself to it all, invites us to actively participate in our transformation. Instead of viewing change as something happening to us, it encourages us to see it as something we can choose and even enjoy. The phrase “helping yourself” implies self-compassion and openness, a willingness to explore and accept the full spectrum of who we can become.

It’s all about shifting from resisting personal growth to actively pursuing and enjoying it. By letting go of the fear of change, we open up to new experiences, insights, and a fuller expression of ourselves.

✨Prioritize Quality Over Quantity: Focus on accounts that consistently provide insightful, thoughtful, or well-researched content rather than endless scrolling through trivial posts. Less noise, more meaning.

“If it is scary why would I do it?”

Is the only reason you’re not following your dreams, hearts desire is because it scares you? That probably means you should do it.

Your goals, dreams and desires should be ambitious enough to challenge you, evoking a sense of fear or uncertainty about whether you can achieve them (because guess what? you can!!) At the same time, they should also inspire excitement and motivation. The combination of fear and excitement can drive you to push your limits, grow, and ultimately reach your full potential.

This is significant in that your achievements come from stepping out of your comfort zone.

Remember, jump and the parachute will open. The universe wants and is in alignment with your dreams, it wants what you want.

Do not forget, you are MAGIC.
