13 years ago on this date, July 26th, I went vegan and changed my life forever. My journey, like many others, started because of health concerns. I did copious amounts of research before I made this decision. It definitely wasn't made on a whim. My health issues were resolved and 13 years later I feel better than ever. It is the gift I gave myself that keeps on giving. Now, I get to give this gift to others. It is my honor and privilege to have a coaching business focused on plant-based health. that’s 17 !!! Everything was so fresh and the avocado gives that creamy taste I didn’t add any dressing, just a little flake salt. Normally I don’t only eat a salad but this one was so packed and delicious I ate it all and didn’t want anything else after. Yay
