A simple backpack posture check can prevent these common issues and keep your child comfortable and active throughout the school year.
What Parents Should Look For:
✔ Backpack weight under 10–15% of your child’s body weight
✔ Use of both shoulder straps
✔ Straps adjusted so the backpack sits high and centered
✔ Padded straps + multiple compartments
✔ No slouching or shoulder lifting while wearing the backpack
