Meet Adrienne Victoria Ahnell , a one woman lavender farmer in Coastal Half Moon Bay , California . After being swept away during a summer internship growing culinary herbs and flowers, she was determined to make pure, local essential oils for her community. This dream was realized when she met a friend with a pristine field of lavender that needed to be taken care of. She does not irrigate her plants, which saves thousands of gallons of water each year. To ensure the plants and the consumer’s health , no chemical fertilizers or pesticides have ever been used. The lavender is harvested at prime oil production, and steamed distilled in small batches by hand. The only ingredients used in the distillation process are : water and lavender. The result is a fresh, therapeutic essential oil with abundant healing properties, coming directly from the source.

This year has been the longest year. I moved across the country, got two new jobs, get to see my family on a regular basis, and get to live with my fiancé after 3 years of long distance love. I’m sleepy but in the I worked all day in the sun kind of way and that is what makes me happy. These 2$ Amish pumpkins make me happy too. The kids selling them run down the street when they see a car pull up and go grab the money. It’s so cute they are barefoot every time i see them. Happy Spooky season everyone!
