To our valued patients, friends, and referral sources: We appreciate your patience as we continue to transition to our new billing software system. We have been receiving inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries and co-pays. Please note that payment is expected at the time of delivery or service. Unfortunately, some patients had outstanding balances prior to this transition, which has negatively impacted their accounts and services. Some patients have lodged complaints with their doctors' offices regarding service and supply issues, unaware of their outstanding balances with us. If you are a referral source, please verify the status of a patient's account with us before addressing any negative feedback. As always, please feel free to contact me directly. I apologize for any disruption in service. We rely on timely payments from insurance companies and patients to maintain our operations. A special thank you to those payors who have supported us.
