May is Mental Health Awareness Month—and there’s no better time to introduce what we’re here to do.

Veterans Next Step Foundation is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to support veterans and their families through mental health services, crisis relief, and trusted community partnerships.

We know that for many veterans, the fight doesn’t end when the uniform comes off. PTSD, depression, anxiety, isolation—these struggles are real, and they’re too often faced in silence.

That’s why we’re here.

To walk beside our veterans. To provide resources. To listen. To act.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re asking you to:

Here are a few tips to support your mental health this holiday season:
