Everytime I have a closing I am so happy, but yet I cry.
why?
I spend my time with the people. I listen to their thoughts, desires, Dreams, schedules, know so many details and strive for their long term life in a home that suits them. A professional relationship that includes love and friendship. Though the friendship continues; the time spent changes and its a happy sad occasion.

I also believe it is the determination to make sure that all goes well and the completion of the goal and the release of the energy. Like steam from a boiling pan... its released and the soup is warm!

I am so happy for my client and his goal being attained. I do look forward to watching his life unfold at his gorgeous new home
