Spiritually Rooted Yoga Reiki practitioner and Yin yoga instructor. My “about” is all about sharing and encouraging. This was my "About" before..... when I was full of energy.

Serving other's by encouraging them to look within, beyond the ego, to their true self; connecting with the divine light of spirit within each of us. Here is my "About" now; the "new normal". About me, I am a Fibro Warrior who gives my all everyday (and that is wildly different everyday). Yoga and Reiki are my loves that I can still manage to offer to folks without too much of a challenge to my body. I read this, then read it again. It breaks my heart. Our country is not white. It is not christian. Our country is America. Land of the free. Years ago I would have said, I am a Christian. No longer do those words come from me. I have seen the hypocrisy first hand. Our lives are of equal value no matter our differences. I pray for peace everyday, but, I know peace comes from within each of us. So, I pray. For those I know, as well as those who I have not met yet. I pray that everyone on our planet can find the love and peace needed to love one another, no matter our differences. ❤ I send peace and love to you all.
