Sometimes using words is hard, even impossible... Words resonates and are literal. They can hit you and leave bruises. When you feel liken the words are too difficult, do not give up on expressing yourself. Emotions need to be lived and experienced, but the means of expression should heal you, not escalate your pain. Use other means of expression as an output to your thoughts, your overthinking, your emotions trapped inside your mind. PAINT, DANCE, SING, DRAW, WRITE POEMS, PLAY MUSIC, .... The options are endless! Don't let it in. Express yourself!
