The room size allows participants to move freely, and the privacy of the room allows the participants to be loud and express themselves. To preserve the participants' confidentiality, the waiting room is allowed to parents only upon arrival and at the very end of sessions.

This is our uniform. The Kimono is both a practical design and a tradition, and a way to be all equal. We all wear the same, we all deserve the uniform, we are all equal in the group. When we do Martial Arts, fashion, money or social classes do not matter. Martial Arts are for everyone.

The belt may be different because it is a sign of practice and mastery. But everyone starts with the white one.

Therapeutic Martial Arts is a work toward growth. Among many other skills, martial arts involve motivation, concentration, strong will, and patience.

One of the core values of therapeutic martial arts is respect, toward others, our opponents, but also oneself. We are not working against the others, we are working on ourselves and as a group.

We started a new group of Therapeutic Martial Arts few weeks ago now. We are currently delivering sessions to teenagers having who underwent life adversities and are having some interpersonal roadblocks. We have a nice big room where we do physical and mental exercises.

If you feel your child would be interested into building confidence, grow feelings of self-efficacy, enhance emotion regulation, increase communication skills, and allow expression, contact us. We are very interested into setting new therapeutic martial art groups!

The Therapeutic Martial Arts is the most innovative approach of the alternative therapy modality. It combines traditional Eastern perspectives, philosophy and tradition of Martial Arts with the most effective psychotherapeutic techniques that have been tested over a span of the entire century.

Recently, I wrote a book outlining program design, history, therapeutic engagement and a how-to approach of the program. Additionally, I am offering a number of innovative theories that will stimulate significant interest and further research into the field of psychology. Not only will book generate interest in the therapeutic community, but also public at large who are interested in understanding global therapeutic fusion. This will include, psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health counselors, social workers, teachers, therapists working with population in seclusion facilities, such as residential programs and educational services.
