I'm Korin Sutton, CEO and President of BodyHD Fitness, Team Clean Machine Pro Athlete, ISSA-certified sport nutritionist, specialist in senior fitness, exercise therapy, and fitness trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics-certified spin instructor, and I have an AS in exercise science. Don’t worry—we all gain a little bit of weight from time to time. It’s hard to stay in perfect shape all year round, and sometimes, we just need a little push to tone up.

Hayley Snyder from Jacksonville, Florida, wanted to slim down and tone up.

Eating Indian Food Is Making You Fat?

I love Indian food, and I have many Indian clients. However, Indian food is usually low in protein and high in fats and carbohydrates!

Most Indian dishes are considered healthy since most are vegetarian. But why is it hard to lose body fat even if you're working out?

Fats, especially oils and butter, are calorically dense. It's easy to eat too many of these foods, regardless of whether they're healthy or not.

My client, Chirag Patil from San Antonio, Texas, wanted to slim down his stomach, lose body fat, and learn to get more protein without giving up his cultural, national dishes.

Within 12 weeks of working in my Executive Transformation Program, Chirag lost over 13 lbs (6 kg) of Fat!

Chirag learned:

Feel Lost In The Gym and Not Getting Results?

Are you working out doing random workouts and feeling lost and embarrassed?

Fat Loss Can Be A Long Journey!

My mom has been struggling with weight loss for the majority of her life.

You may know how that feels as well?

She was comfortable with how she looked and feel for a very long time until she was diagnosed with diabetes.

I got scared and didn’t want my mom to die from a health-related disease that’s reversible.

In 2018 I was able to convince her to go vegan.

Within the first three months, she lost 25 lbs from just switching out her foods. I had her join my online program, but she never attempted it and gave up.

She thought the changes she made were enough, and no matter how much I tried talking to her, she never made another attempt. She slowly introduced dairy and vegan process foods back into her lifestyle until diabetes poisons her body.

She was forced to take medication, and the doctors advise her to go on a plant-based diet.

That’s still wasn’t enough until I went to her home and did a kitchen makeover. I went military on my mom and dumped all the processed foods that were killing her and replaced it with whole food plants.

I forced her to do my program to the letter and didn’t take no for an answer!

She has lost 78 lbs so far within my program. She has more to go, but sometimes radical changes require radical actions, especially those you love.

My mom is thrilled that I was tuff on her because her mindset on life has changed.

She’s more positive. She started to go to school, graduated with a bachelor’s degree, and made it on the dean’s list!

She started to create her own business and was able to get rid of her walking cane.

Pain in her knees and back have diminished.

Her energy levels are increasing while getting better quality sleep.

The food you eat can affect your outlook on life! That’s why I promote eating food that has life and not food that’s from death.

Let’s continue to cheer my mom to lose another 100 lbs so she can beat diabetes and live a healthy lifestyle!

Did you get your six-pack this summer?

If you said no, then why?

What excuse did you tell yourself this year?

Was this year bad?

No matter how bad this year or last year was. My students are getting ripped and building conscious muscle!

Lack of motivation is usually the cause of not starting a fitness journey.

In your mind, you believe you have all the time in the world to start.

In reality, the longer you wait, the harder it will be to get fit!

If you hate working out now, you’re going to hate it when you’re older because that’s the time when your hormones start to drop, metabolism isn’t as fast when you were younger, aches and pains, and diseases might develop!

Want A Flat Stomach?

Do you always feel bloated?

Is your shirt and dress size XL or more?

You have tried many diets, boot camp videos, and you are frustrated with the results.

Every time you start a new diet or program, you end up falling off the wagon.

I understand this feeling, and I have been working in the fitness industry for nine years.

Now, this usually happens because it’s not the programs or boot camps. These things work.

The reason you fail is because of a lack of accountability.

Accountability plays a significant role in fitness.

For example, you go to work, not just to make money. It’s because if you don’t, you’ll get fired.

Your boss keeps you accountable to make sure you go to work on time, and you do the right thing for the right reason to keep your job. So you can continue to make money.

It’s the same with business, a video will not get you in shape, or just following a program on your own. You need a coach to make sure you show up!

I made sure Cat Tomboc, from San Francisco, CA, was accountable when it came to her meals and workout plans. As well we had multiple checkin to make sure she was on track and motivated to lose weight and get a flat stomach.

Cat started at 171 lbs (78kg) with 35% body fat and currently at 157 pounds (71kg)
at 18% body fat.

In 10 months, she lost 32 lbs (15kg) of fat and build 18 pounds (8kg) of muscle!

Cat had good and bad days. But what kept her going was accountability and support.

Doing things by yourself is hard vs. working as a team!

Vegan and Want To Cut The Fat?

Are you vegan?

Do you have stubborn fat you want to lose?

Eating healthy foods and don’t know why it’s hard to get tone?

I am about to tell you some hard facts!

You can eat a whole foods plant-based diet and still hold body fat in unwanted areas.

Have you ever heard that you may be overeating a good thing?

Eating healthy foods is great because they have tons of fiber, vitamins, and minerals that keep the body nourished.

Within the foods you eat, just about everything is made of energy, aka “calories.”

When you eat too many calories, and you’re not burning those calories is efficient. You will store body fat because body fat is stored and unused energy.

It’s was the same with my student Lia F. From New York, New York.

She’s in her 40’s and was the first one in her household to go vegan.

She feels fantastic but wanted to tone up through a proper diet plan to nourish her body and get her ripped.

I taught her what calories works with her while eating the foods she loves through portion control.

In 20 weeks, she lost 16 lbs (7kg), and now she is ripped and ready to build some lean muscle mass!

Just Trying To Tone Up?

Your fitness goals are small, and you need to lose 10 - 15 lbs.

The healthier you are, the more strict you have to be with your nutrition and exercise.

Doing more cardio and exercising is not the answer.

You have to go into a lower caloric deficit that will be highly nutrient, so you’re not starving and losing muscle.

Are You A Runner, And Carbs Are Making You Fat?

You went plant-based because carbs are supposed to make you lean and improve your run time, but your body doesn’t reflect your work.

Dorian Nicholson from Miami, Florida, is a marathon runner, and he wanted to be lighter on his feet, have accountability to clean up his diet, and was bored of his workout routine.

He is also a personal trainer and wants to lead by example when it comes to his clients but also to show that you can be ripped, have optimal performance, and build conscious muscle!

How can one have a flat stomach and the other gain weight around the love handles?

It’s simple; you are not in a caloric deficit!

The foods you’re consuming are not balanced, and you are likely consuming a low-protein diet!

Miguel Thannous from Fort Lauderdale l, Fl, loves going to kava bars and eating carbs!
