With lies, we are only cheating ourselves. With every act of dishonesty, we pay with our soul’s integrity. 🙏

Emotions are valid. But justifying them may not be necessary unless this is what we want to feel. If you don’t like what you feel, you CAN change it. And it’s easier than we think. 👏

Getting to know yourself is a necessity and a luxury. A lot of us think that we know who we really are, but our minds can be so misleading..

🌿 Healing Trauma—Mind, Body & Spirit 🌿

As a trauma specialist, I believe true healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. That’s why I blend traditional psychotherapy with alternative healing modalities like EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, spiritual guidance, and somatic work.

By integrating Western and holistic approaches, I create a safe, personalized space for deep transformation. Whether you’re navigating grief, life transitions, or complex trauma, I’m here to support you with compassion, presence, and tools that honor your unique path.

If you're ready to explore a more integrative way to heal, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Affecting around 70% of people globally, trauma can be considered a universal human experience. Stemming from events like war, accidents, natural disasters,

Keeping it kind with the struggles of others or “we only know what we know”.
Dealing with the consequences of distressing experiences can be a challenge for many of us. We all can probably remember someone’s story of despair while the majority of people won’t consider it to be a serious problem.
The way we experience life is subjective and personal. Even if we try really hard, we won’t be able to fully understand someone’s entire experience under similar circumstances; all of us are too different to know how the same event will affect us vs. others.
There are a lot of factors playing a part in how we interpret and give meaning to the situations we face; upbringing, culture, family, society, individual difficulties, way of processing events, core beliefs, personal developmental history, patterns of thinking, coping skills, level of sensitivity, and so many more.
Disregarding or discrediting someone else’s difficulty and/or trauma can cause prolonged suffering, especially if the person came to us for support.
Yes, we can find a way to relate to experiences of others. No, we will never know the exact experience they had. And, at no point it is appropriate to diminish the significance of the story just because we have no deep understanding of it; we only know what we know or what they shared with us. Sometimes, just validating someone’s feelings and experiences can initiate that healing process they may be seeking.
Today, let’s be kind to those who reach out to us for support, remember to keep an open mind, and get curious about how their experience was for them.. Sometimes, kindness is about making space in our heart for someone we can hardly understand.
And, I love you.

Being a mental health professional has its rewards and challenges. Exposure to trauma on a regular basis can significantly impact our daily lives, but it’s not easily detectable until it becomes a problem hard to solve; vicarious trauma often works outside of our conscious awareness.
I am here to invite my fellow professionals to a group dedicated to connecting, sharing wisdom, and supporting each other. We will work on identifying the signs of vicarious trauma, the domains it affects, and self-care strategies that will provide healing and balance.
I am looking forward to gathering clinicians and coaches who serve a population affected by trauma.
First month is free to join, but spaces are limited! Can’t wait to share this space with You!

My Story..

DEDICATED TO PEOPLE

SINCE took the beginning back in 2008, when my independent journey at the age of 18 began. I was fresh off the boat and had no idea what this country will have in store for me. No language, no papers, no money, no family; but hey, I wasn’t going to give up that easily. By becoming an adult so quickly and by trying to figure out how to cope with life, I turned to the wrong people and used the wrong strategies for self-help; I experienced abuse and domestic violence, fought addictions with drugs and alcohol and so on. But who didn't, right? By sinking deeper and deeper into a victim mode, I figured that something had to change. I started searching for ways to help myself, and it didn’t take long to figure that helping others get out of similar devastating life holes will eventually be my ultimate purpose. But my physical, psychological and spiritual Self needed some healing first.

I went to study and got my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology and currently working on my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It helped me understand human behavior and learn to identify quickly what type of people I am dealing with, as lessons from my past were definitely learned. Human mind and cognition are the most fascinating topic to me, and cognitive therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy is something that I often use for myself and for the clients I currently coach.

I found a way to contribute while passionately working on my degree and serve as a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line since April of 2017. Working with people in crisis, such are su***de, domestic violence, divorce, abuse, addiction, bullying, etc., is by far the most rewarding experience I’ve had. There is nothing better than to hear that someone is alive today because of the collaborative work you’ve done together. I got certified in Life-Coaching to expand my knowledge and took part in Speakers Bureau at R**e Abuse and In**st National Network, where I remain until today (check it out at www.rainn.org).
