1. Look for the USDA Organic Seal: The official green and white seal indicates the product meets the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s organic standards.

2. Read the Ingredient List: Ensure that each main ingredient you care about is labeled organic, especially for processed foods.

3. Understand Label Language: Recognize the differences between “100% organic,” “organic,” and “made with organic ingredients.”

4. Beware of Misleading Terms: Labels like “natural” or “eco-friendly” sound appealing but do not follow the same strict standards as “organic.”

- promote eye health
- lower risk of prostate cancer
- assists in collagen formation
- improve immune system function.

🥕The betacarotene in carrots, pumpkins, and sweet potatoes is converted to Vitamin A, which helps to keep eyes healthy.
