🗣️ Let’s Talk About Voice!
Your voice is one of your most powerful tools—and when something feels “off,” it can impact communication, confidence, and daily life. Voice changes—like hoarseness, strain, vocal fatigue, or trouble being heard—can happen for many reasons.

Common causes include:
🔹 Illness (colds, allergies, reflux)
🔹 Overuse or misuse
🔹 Vocal fold nodules/polyps
🔹 Neurological changes
🔹 Post-surgical effects
🔹 Stress or tension

If your voice has changed for more than two weeks, a speech-language pathologist can help you find the cause and support healthy voice habits.
