2025 was an incredible year. I celebrated 10 years in business, expanded my career (craniosacral is magic✨️), was voted best of the best massage therapy in the greater Augusta area. And now I'm preparing to welcome my 3rd beautiful baby. What an absolutely amazing life, and I'm so thankful to have shared it with all of you. 💖

I'm deeply grateful for your continued love, support, and trust in me to care for you and your families, and i can't wait to see you all again next year.

After evaluating my experience, continued education, increased costs, and service quality, i will be raising my prices starting June 1st.

It's been 3 years since I've last raised my prices, and this allows me to continue providing the higher standard of massage that you receive.

I incorporate everything i have learned into your session that is completely tailored to you - (i.e., deep tissue, neuromuscular, thai reflexology, reiki, craniosacral, injury support, qigong) without any additional add-on fees.

Also, I have added a new booking option for minors 17 & younger with a lower rate. This is a 45-minute service, If you usually book your teen for longer times, please reach out to me for pricing. 🙌

I have started incorporating craniosacral into regular sessions, and i have been getting amazing feedback. I am still determining a price for a full hour session. Thank you for your patience with this. 😊

I understand that this increase can affect everyone differently. I know some other talented therapists that i can refer you to if needed.

My son was born premature and spent 2 weeks in the NICU. He stopped breathing many times in the first 4 days of his life, and when he was 3 days old, he had his first OMT (osteopathic manipulatve treatment.) A doctor came in, held him in her forearms, and cupped his head in her hands. This doctor performed a technique on him ever so gently, and i watched my son open his mouth wide and cry for the first time. It was in that life changing moment. I knew i had to learn this. She told me to look into craniosacral therapy.

My son continued with weekly OMT until he was 6 months old. In those office visits, i learned and absorbed as much as the doctors were willing to teach me. I even started referring clients to OMT as my understanding of the structural body improved.

This past weekend, i went for my Craniosacral 1 training. The introduction. The basics. The assessment. The start to this amazing healing modality.

Craniosacral works with your skull, sacrum, and nervous system(brain and spinal cord) for full body healing. There are many depths and specialties to this therapy work, including somatic healing, brain cell production, and pediatrics.

This is just the beginning for me, as my education will continue over the next few years. I'll be traveling to Boston this August for further education and training.

✨️Uncommon things to think about that cause common pain✨️

🌸Hair Claws🌸

A super cute, easy, and effective way to put your hair up, but these little accessories might be causing more pain than you think.

If you wear these and you get a lot of headaches, your hair could be pulled back a little too tight.
If you wear these and have neck, chest, arm, and shoulder pain, it may be from wearing them WHILE driving. Claw clips come in all different shapes and sizes, so pay attention the next time you're driving. If you can't sit back comfortably and rest your head, your clip may be in the way and putting a strain on your upper body.

There's also severe damage linked to wearing hair claws during an auto accident, with some even needing to be surgically remove.

Save your neck, take your clip out when you drive. 🫶
