Human Design teaches us that our truest wisdom comes from our bodies, not our minds. If you’ve been in my yoga class or really any class, I will have already said this to you.

No matter if you’re a generator, a manifesting generator, a projector, a manifestor or a reflector, the mind is not your power source.

This is liberating! That means you don’t need to believe everything you think. You simply need to listen to your true power source.

We will cover this in detail at the Human Design Retreat on Saturday November 1!
