Did you know that your breath is the fastest way to calm stress?

When we’re stressed, our breath becomes shallow & fast → This keeps us in "fight or flight" mode. When we breathe deep & slow, our brain gets the message: You're safe.

Try This 2-Minute Reset:
🔸 Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.
🔸 Hold for 4 seconds.
🔸 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds.
🔸 Repeat 4x and notice the shift.
