Wow… what an incredible first Yin Yoga class yesterday at Kula Yoga 🤍✨ The energy in the room was calm, grounding, and exactly what we all needed, to balance out the GO GO GO!

We’re so excited to share that Yin is now officially a weekly reset, join us every Sunday to slow down, stretch deep, and recharge for the week ahead 🧘‍♀️💫

A huge thank you to our amazing teacher for guiding such a beautiful class, and to everyone who showed up and gave themselves this time, you’re the reason this community feels so special 💛
