I’ve heard this one more times than I can count.

“Lifting weights is going to wreck your joints.”
“That’s fine for you now, but wait until you’re my age.”
“I don’t want to get too bulky.”

And I get it. I really do.

I used to think form was pretty black and white.
Keep your chest up. Don’t let your knees cave. Stay above parallel.

There’s a right way and a wrong way, and if you’re not doing it the right way, you’re going to hurt yourself.

That was my thinking for a long time.
And honestly, I wasn’t totally wrong.

Person A can go through the motions of an exercise, and Person B can do that same exercise with clear intent!

Person B will be building a body they can be confident in much quicker, with less effort! (Well the exercise may be harder, but their schedule will thank them)

Maybe it’s a group fitness studio.
