This Thursday’s morning kundalini class is being cancelled for the July 4th holiday. Give yourself a few minutes of long deep breaths and private practice.

Set a timer for 3 minutes.
Sit comfortably.
Eyes closed, rolled up and in.
Inhale as you hear in your head “Sat”
Exhale as you hear in your head “Nam”
Focus on the sensation of breath at the tip of the nose. ♥️
