Welcome to The McGuire Group’s Autumn View Health Care Facility, a 2304-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Hamburg, New York. We’re proud to be a family of compassionate health care providers who are affiliated with professionals from our sister portfolios – Absolut Care, Taconic Health Care and VestraCare. We are a team of Legends Caring for Legends and are recognized for pioneering and integrating progressive programs and services that define our local health care communities. Autumn View Health Care Facility celebrated employees with the rollout of the new mission statement. Staff enjoyed refreshments, spun the prize wheel, and received new t-shirts as part of the celebration. A special thank you to facility mascot Bernard for helping make the event even more memorable. It was a great opportunity to recognize the team and share the vision moving forward.
