Spidey swung by our Big Tree Office today to make sure he’s growing strong enough to save the city (and maybe reach the cookie jar!)
No villains spotted… just brave kiddos, big smiles and a whole lot of measuring up!

Hi Everyone! Due to the snow and our staff commutes 2 of our offices will be closed today.

Our Dunkirk Office (402 Main St Dunkirk NY 14048) and our Silver Creek Office (194 Central Ave Silver Creek NY 14136) are CLOSED today due to the weather. We will be calling all patients to reschedule shortly, however, please do not come to those offices.

Our Derby, Big Tree and Abbott Road offices are open normal hours!

Update to our schedules for the Holiday season upon us.
We will be having our office Christmas party tomorrow Friday 12/19/2025 and therefore ALL offices will be closing early. Abbott, Big Tree, Derby, Silver Creek will all close at 4pm. Dunkirk will be closing at 2:45pm.

Monday 12/22/2025- All offices OPEN normal office hours.
Tuesday 12/23/2025- Silver Creek office is CLOSED. All other offices are OPEN normal office hours.
Wednesday 12/24/2025- All offices are scheduled for 1/2 days. Only open 9am-12pm.
Thursday 12/25/2025- All offices are CLOSED.
Friday 12/26/2025- Abbott Road, Derby, Silver Creek and Dunkirk offices are CLOSED. Big Tree is open 1/2 day from 9am-12pm.
Saturday 12/27/2025- Derby walk in sick clinic is open normal at 9am
Monday 12/29/2025 and Tuesday 12/30/2025 all offices are OPEN normal office hours.
Wednesday 12/31/2025 - All offices are scheduled for 1/2 days. Only open from 9am-12pm.
Thursday 1/1/2026 All offices are CLOSED. Happy New Year!

Attention Parents.

If you received a letter from UHC/United stating that we are no longer participating. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

This was an error on United’s end. Our contract was renewed on 11/1/2025 and they erroneously sent letters to our patients. Please ignore this notice. United said they would send a corrected letter but it doesn’t appear these were sent yet.

We may have to reassign Dr John Mulawka as your P*P.

Currently many daycares in the area are seeing positive cases of Hand Foot Mouth.
Be informed about what it is, how to treat, and when to return.

Kids should be out of school until fever free for 24 hours without the use of medication and the rash is crusted over. As always, if you have any questions, call our office!

Hi everyone! We have summer hours for the next couple of weeks so that our staff can enjoy the sunshine and get some well deserved Vitamin D.

The Silver Creek, Derby and Abbott Road offices will have summer hours of 9a-230p on Wednesday 7/30 and 8/6. They will be closed after 230p.

The Dunkirk and Big Tree Offices will have summer hours of 9a-230p on Thursdays 7/31 and 8/7. They will be closed after 230p.

All offices will be closed after 12p on Wednesday 8/13 for our summer party.
