"Hi! My name is Megan McCann, and I’m an SLP-CF. I recently graduated this May from SUNY Fredonia with my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and I’m so excited to begin my SLP career with Beyond Boundaries! I bring over 5 years of experience working with children from birth through age 12 in preschool and daycare settings. I’m dedicated to supporting early communication development through play-based therapy and helping children gain the confidence and skills they need to express themselves. My overall goal is to build strong connections with my kiddos and their families while creating a fun and supportive therapy environment where progress feels achievable and celebrated.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and watching the Bills! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to get started!"

Beyond Boundaries is entering the ✨fifth year✨ of "Lead It Go," a program offering free developmental screenings, family support, and community education for families affected by lead exposure. Our mission is to empower these families with the resources needed to create safe and healthy environments for their children.

As National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week approaches in October, we want to highlight the dangers of lead exposure, particularly for children. This week is a crucial time for communities, healthcare providers, and families to collaborate, raise awareness, encourage testing, and promote prevention strategies to ensure children's safety.

We also recommend checking out the audio docudrama, "LEAD," available at https://endleadpoisoning.org/lead. This series is inspired by the true story of a child's mysterious lead poisoning and his mother's determined efforts to protect him.

👉🏼Where: The library on Main Street in Williamsville is close to the 290 and the 33. There is also plenty of parking.

👉🏼When: They will meet on the first Tuesday of every month with the exception of October 14 as the meeting room was already booked.

*The group meets face to face and through Zoom so can accommodate varying schedules.

"Hi! I'm Reilly Griffey pediatric COTA with 7 years experience working with children from ages birth-21. My passion is supporting children on the autism spectrum and helping families navigate sensory needs for their children through play and exploration. I currently work for a local school district treating students kindergarten through 5th grade. I am a lucky mom to 2 kiddos, River,7 and Tate,3. In my free time you can find me at the gym or at the lake with my kids exploring and spending time with family. Our favorite hobbies including hiking,riding our bikes to explore local parks and when we're lucky escaping the Buffalo cold weather to sunny Florida. I feel so fortunate to be provided the opportunity to help children and their families through play!"

I am a dedicated Special Education Teacher with over 20 years of experience. For 17 of those years, I have specialized in providing early intervention and preschool-level services.
