There is so much to be stressed about out these days. Stress leads to anxiety, depression and a whole list of other physical conditions. You need to take time for yourself to regroup and I like to say do a system defrag. I have just the thing that can help

Reiki is proven to help with stress, anxiety,depression and symptoms from physical ailments. When there is something negative going on in your body it blocks your natural energy flow when this happens, things become stagnant making your negative situation worse. Reiki clears the blockages! This allows for energy to flow again.

Tuning forks work in much the same way. Everything has a frequency vibration and so do you. Again when negative things are happening in your body your frequency is off. Tuning forks with their frequency brings your frequency back in tune.

Exciting news! As of July 1 I will be moving to a new location. 4085 Seneca St Suite 2 in West Seneca. I will be in with Great Lakes Massage. My business name and phone number will remain the same. This move will allow me to expand my practice. I will be teaching Reiki classes and at some point Meditation for beginners.
