Kula Yoga Studio Hamburg, NY Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates What is Hot Yoga? Variations are given for all moves so this workout is perfect for all levels.

Hot Yoga is a 60 or 90-minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise done in a specific order in a heated room. The yoga works every muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint in the body and is an extremely healing form of exercise. The benefits of Bikram Yoga include:

Inferno Hot Pilates
